Mwahahaha! This is just perfect: exactly what I was looking for in some Toshiko fic. The fact that of them all, she's known Jack the longest. We just don't see anywhere near enough of her relationship with Jack in the show. I love the conversation between them here, all the nuances, what's said and what's not said.

I had to laugh at the comment about Ianto cleaning up the SUV. That was exactly my thought when Jack threw his sopping wet coat into the car. Poor Ianto. He must spend 50% of his time just cleaning up that vehicle.
