Thank you. :) I think I'm one of the few who doesn't see him as having been aware during his time underground - soil is heavy, he's not going to revive whilst flat, even if he'll be ready to go as soon as he's uncovered. Really, if Gray wanted Jack to suffer, he'd have been better off leaving him unburied in 27AD!Cardiff with just the Silures for company (though Jack would probably have enjoyed resisting the Roman invasion a couple of decades later)....
