I used to work at a building right by the Bow Flyover. Had to cross underneath it every day for almost 5 years. Minor miracle I'm still alive. A few years ago, it got turned into moderately plush flats. Shame the ones where the office had been were already sold.
Then again, maybe not. Might have been amusing to live in my old office but the area was still a tip...
