We'd all rather have PR, but we stand a far better chance of getting it via a Yes vote than a No. If there's a heavy No vote, then it's off the agenda for the next generation; a win means that the next time there's a hung parliament (and given the multi-party nature of things and the competition for the centre ground, plus the tug-of-war over boundaries - and Labour is more sinning than sinned against there! - it's likely it'll happen next time out even under FPTP) then a PR referendum is a potential bargaining chip. A narrow loss would at least keep the question open.

Nick Griffin and the Daily Mail! What more argument do we need? :) If only it were that easy....

Right, time to organise the leaflets and get out the door to vote and then freeze my arse off at the station for 90 minutes. Should wake me up, at least!
